Seeing Differently — A Corporate Workshop

Part art heist. Part photo showdown. Totally unlike anything on your calendar.

There's a visual secret hiding inside the world's most famous paintings — something Picasso, Van Gogh, and Monet all used, that almost nobody knows about. In this session, your team finds out what it is. Then immediately uses it to compete against each other.

Two teams. One virtual street scene. Everyone has to compose the strongest photograph they can — and defend every decision out loud. The host judges. There's a winner. It gets lively.

The twist: the same principle your team just used to compete? It's been sitting in plain sight inside masterpieces for centuries. The reveal lands every time.

Zero prep. Zero art knowledge required.
Just a Zoom link and a willingness to have a strong opinion.

Four parts. Ninety minutes. One team wins.

01
20 minutes
The Secret

Your host reveals the visual principle hiding inside the work of Picasso, Van Gogh, and Monet — one that almost nobody knows exists. By the end of this part, you'll be spotting it everywhere. You'll also never quite look at a painting the same way again. No art background needed. Curiosity is the only requirement.

02
25 minutes
The Painting Puzzle

Using a specially built virtual environment, your team moves pieces of a painting by one of the world's most famous artists — trying to reconstruct it. The reveal: the arrangement you landed on? It's the actual painting. You didn't guess. You genuinely understood what the artist was doing. That moment lands every time.

03
35 minutes
The Photo Showdown

This is where it gets competitive. Two teams. Same virtual street scene. Each team has to compose the strongest photograph they can — and defend every decision out loud. Every crop. Every angle. Four images get made. The host judges. One team wins. Optional prizes for the victors.

04
10–15 minutes · Optional
The Debrief

For groups who want to go a layer deeper: a guided conversation about what just happened — who took charge, how the team made decisions under pressure, and what that mirrors in how you work day-to-day. A surprisingly revealing conversation that tends to generate a lot of "oh, that's so us" moments.

More than a team building memory — something genuinely useful

A new way of seeing art A genuine insight that travels with participants for the rest of their lives — confidence walking into any gallery or museum, and real understanding of why great images work.
A skill they can use immediately Ideas they'll want to try with their own smartphone the moment the session ends — and improved pattern recognition used in identifying new business opportunities.
A shared competitive experience The kind of session that generates conversation afterward — not just "that was fun" but "did you notice how our team made decisions differently from theirs?"
Critical thinking under pressure Participants experience real decision-making — balancing their own instincts with those of the group to arrive at something all can defend as a finished product.
Insight into team dynamics The debrief surfaces how the team actually functions — who leads, who holds back, how conflict gets resolved — in a low-stakes environment that makes honest reflection possible.
Something to implement Participants leave with a specific observation about how their team works — and a conversation starter for what they'd want to do differently.

Heard from those who've been in the room

I came away from the workshop excited. It will open up a whole new avenue for art appreciation. There was a method to their madness.
You exposed us to something new that we didn't know about — and we were able to work together putting these ideas into practice rather than just learning about a concept.
